Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Mahal Morocco. We take great pride in crafting authentic, Moroccan-inspired skincare made with care. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in:
- The same condition it arrived
- Unopened, unused, and unaltered
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Because our products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address along with instructions. Please send your item via a trackable courier service and share the tracking number with us.
Inspection & Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of approval or denial.
If your refund is approved:
- We will refund all payments received excluding shipping costs
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your return package
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method, unless you request otherwise

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately with your order number and photos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of skincare products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty/personal-care items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (rare but required legally)

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. Items must still be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
